Jagan Mohan a seasoned pharmaceutical professional who began his career as a Medical Representative at Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd. in 1979. With over 20 years of experience collaborating with global healthcare industries, Mova Pharmaceuticals Private Limited stands as a dynamic and growth-driven organization.

Through dedication, strategic thinking, and consistent performance, he achieved to the position of Deputy General Manager (Marketing) by 1990 and served until 1994. His expertise in planning and precise execution has always been his core strength.

Driven by entrepreneurial vision, he established Mano Pharmaceuticals Private Limited in 1995. Under his leadership, the company achieved remarkable growth, expanding from a turnover of ₹5 lakhs in 1995 to ₹30 crores by 2003. The company was later successfully acquired by Orchid Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals Limited (OCPL) in January 2003. Mano Pharmaceuticals primarily focused on chronic therapy segments such as cardiovascular, psychiatric, anti-diabetic, and nutraceutical products.

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

Mova Pharmaceuticals emphasizes continuous learning and professional excellence. The company conducts comprehensive 3-day training programs for Medical Representatives (MRs) and their respective managers to enhance product promotion skills. These programs are delivered through both: Offline (in-person) training sessions Online sessions via Zoom
